"America's Next Top Model", hosted by Tyra Banks, is a reality show where girls across America try to win the chance of becoming the next top model of America. The girls have photoshoots, runway shows and other fashion related competitions, and each week one of the hopefuls gets kicked out of the show. The winner of the competition gets valuable prices (modeling contract, a shoot in a fashion magazine) and, of course, alot of experience from the modeling field.

The format has been successful not only in America but also elsewhere in the world. The host of each competition is usually a professional model native to the country (for example, Heidi Klum is the host of "Germany's Next Top Model"). Some of the countries with their own Next Top Model competition are Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, Scandinavia (Noway, Denmark & Sweden), Thailand and UK.
